Description

For over 150 years, the American Museum of Natural History has brought world-class collections and education to the public. Consuming such a large volume of content can become overwhelming, so the institution employed Ready Set Rocket to enhance the overall visitor experience.

First, we conducted extensive research to better understand key audience segments. Then, we reimagined the entire brand experience—from ticketing to wayfinding to digital—to personalize every touchpoint with the visitor. We also redesigned their digital products (website, apps), to better engage the museum’s diverse audiences, and entice visitation.

Through our work with AMNH, we were able to create a multi-year roadmap to holistically enhance the visitor experience. We implemented a strategy to bridge the gap between the digital and physical worlds and empowered the organization with frameworks to customize every touchpoint, and make smarter business decisions into the future.
