Chef Daniel Boulud endorses Betty Booze sparkling cocktails—see his ad with Blake Lively

Betty Booze and Betty Buzz will now be available throughout Bould’s properties including Jōji Box, Épicerie’s and the Blue Box Café

Betty Booze, the spiked seltzer brand launched by Blake Lively last year as an extension of her Betty Buzz sparkling sodas, has gotten the stamp of approval from a heavyweight in the restaurant world—chef Daniel Boulud.

The pair appear together in a playful spot (above) that rolled out Wednesday on Lively’s Instagram. Created by Maximum Effort and shot in Boulud’s Restaurant Daniel in New York, it features Lively working in the kitchen on a special creation for Boulud, which sends him into a state of euphoria.

Under the partnership, Betty Booze and Betty Buzz will be available at Bould’s properties including Jōji Box, Épicerie and the Blue Box Café. In addition, Lively will curate an Omakase Tasting Box at Jōji Box, the premium sushi takeout restaurant Boulud opened with George Ruan.

Boulud’s involvement comes as Betty Booze has launched two new flavors and a Tequila Variety pack. It has also secured national distribution through Southern Glazer’s.
