Commercial train company Norfolk Southern infuses life into the railroad shipping category with "City of Possibilities," a gorgeous new spot via RP3 Agency with some amazing effects, courtesy The Mill New York.

Produced, designed and directed by The Mill, the spot is a Toy Story-esque look at a toy train as it rumbles to life after everyone goes to bed. All around it, the room comes to life, a metaphor for the rail network's power to breathe life into the economy, wherever it goes.

Directors Angus Kneale and Ben Smith spent time in Roanoke, Va., a hub for Norfolk Southern, to do research into the world of rail freight. DOP Bill Pope, who has shot miniatures on Team America and done VFX for "The Matrix" and "Men in Black 3," is also on the team that worked on the charming project.
