Reese Witherspoon Unboxes for Crate & Barrel in Kooky Style

Having first appeared in the homewares retailer's holiday campaign, Reese Witherspoon is back in a series of new spots for Crate & Barrel.

The new online-only spots are styled like "unboxing" videos, with Witherspoon taking items out of a Crate & Barrel box, for example, as seen here, for a dark-and-light themed Spring Equinox occasion (think Oreos and black plates). She also demonstrates what a pouf is, and in a third behind-the-scenes video, talks about her home style and her love for throw pillows. Alison Maclean of Park Pictures directed the spots, for agency Preacher.

Witherspoon certainly plays to the audience with her kooky, perky on-screen persona--although, as she's a savvy film producer and businesswoman, it would be nice to see her serious side one of these days.
