Worrying about your dog’s health is a concern many dog owners have. This is a main focus for The Farmer’s Dog, the dog-food delivery service, which ships fresh food to your dog so it can live a healthier and stronger lifestyle.

The company had a surprise hit on this year’s Super Bowl, with an emotional spot called “Forever” that showed the journey of a dog owner—and the value of a dog’s friendship—from youth to marriage. The ad won the USA Today Ad Meter for the best spot of the game, and has since been nominated for an Emmy for outstanding commercial.

Now, the brand is out with a new 30-second commercial, “No Magic,” a cute and furry spot created in-house that takes a shot at educating viewers on the many advantages of using its fresh-food delivery service.

The spot features real customer testimonials about how the brand has changed dogs’ lives for the better. One claims their dog runs and plays like a puppy again, while another says their dog’s poops have changed for the better. It feels like magic, but isn’t, the spot concludes.

The spot was led in-house by creative directors Sophie Forman and Teressa Iezzi, who also created “Forever.” The director was Marc Reisbig of 1stAveMachine, who has also helmed ads for Facebook and Walmart.
