The pandemic has inspired many brands and agencies to step up with messages urging consumers to stay at home as much as possible. While social distancing and isolation can lead to much frustration and cabin fever, pet brand Freshpet wants to remind us of its benefits too.

A new spot created by Terri and Sandy reminds viewers that outside of protecting our loved ones, staying put gives us a chance to spend more time with our furry friends. Against a simple piano track, it pulls together charming scenes of pet owners kissing, playing with and cuddling their fur babies. Copy spliced into the vignettes reads, “Our dogs don’t know why we’re home more than usual. They’re just happy we’re around. Take good care of each other.”
