Clearly, parking is a real problem in Russia. After we featured the Parking Douche, an app that named and shamed horrible parkers, here's some new work from Mars and BBDO Russia that's a little more forgiving.

With the assumption that people did stupid things (like park badly) because of hunger, the agency created a roll of Snickers 'Hunger Attacks' caution tape and used it to cordon off examples of stupidity. They also encouraged people to point out examples of public idiocy. The tape was made out of Snickers wrappers and the idea caught on with civic groups who began participating.
