Mother London Sends Gay Icon Russian Nesting Dolls To The Kremlin
Agency Will Also Hold Online Auction of the Celebrity Lookalikes

Editor's Pick
Mother London is sending a set of five Russian nesting dolls painted as gay British icons -- Elton John, George Michael, Stephen Fry, Graham Norton and Tom Daly --- to the Kremlin and Russian Embassy in lieu of a Christmas card this year.
The agency created the seven limited-edition, hand-painted sets of Russian nesting dolls featuring artist renderings of the five gay Brits as a gesture of solidarity with the gay community in Russia, which passed a law banning gay "propaganda" this year. (Mr. Daly, a diver who won a bronze medal in the 2012 Olympics, came out publicly on YouTube only last week.)
More of the dolls will be auctioned online to raise money for charity The Kaleidoscope Trust and its work with the Russian gay community. Bidding starts this Friday the 13th of December at www.torussiawithlove.co.uk.
