To promote its "Reality Week" this week, in which customers have a special on-demand platform to binge-watch their favorite reality shows, Xfinity has converted a Miami Beach sports bar into a reality TV-themed bar.
In the campaign from Goodby Silverstein & Partners, every part of the bar has been designed with reality fans in mind: there's memorabilia such as the duck phone used in "Jersey Shore," specially-themed food and drink menus and guest appearances from reality stars including Chad Johnson of MTV’s "Ex On The Beach" star and Margaret Josephs from Bravo’s "The Real Housewives of New Jersey." There will also be live interviews in partnership with multi-media brand, Betches, podcast "The Betchelor," and lifestyle brand and media company FabFitFun.
The bar opened Jan. 6 and runs until midnight tonight (Jan. 9) at 1222 16th Street, Miami Beach.
During Reality Week, Xfinity X1 customers can say “Reality Week” into the X1 Voice Remote to launch a curated destination of the best of Reality Week and catch up with all of their favorite reality shows on demand.
