Bryan Yasko is joining Accenture Song as the Northeast lead three months after departing as president and partner of Johannes Leonardo.
Former Johannes Leonardo president Bryan Yasko joins Accenture Song
Yasko will focus on “shaping and delivering the strategy and vision for the region,” and collaborating across the remainder of Accenture when it makes sense, according to a statement by Accenture Song.
“No other creative company can make the impact that Accenture Song can for clients today,” Yasko said in a statement. “Using the full scale of creativity, emerging technology, and expertise to help transform clients’ business is something that excites me.”
Yasko will not be responsible for directly overseeing Droga5, which is part of Accenture Song, according to a spokesman for Accenture Song.
Before he joined Johannes Leonardo in 2016, Yasko spent five years at Droga5, where he was global new business director. Yasko also previously worked at Publicis' Team One as senior VP and group account director and was a partner and worldwide management supervisor at what was then Ogilvy & Mather New York.
During Yasko’s tenure, Johannes Leonardo made several appearances on Ad Age’s A-List and picked up significant business, including Volkswagen, Kraft-Heinz, Instagram and Uber. Other key clients for the agency have included Adidas and Gap.
“We recently announced a $3 billion investment in AI. It will take leaders who understand the power of creativity’s intersection with technology to take our investments to the next level,” said Bob Markham, North America lead, Accenture Song, in a statement regarding Yasko's hiring.
