Johannes Leonardo President Bryan Yasko is set to depart the agency after seven years.

Yasko first joined the agency in 2016 after five years at Droga5, where he was global new business director. Prior to that, Yasko worked at Publicis' Team One as senior VP and group account director. Before that, Yasko was partner and worldwide management supervisor at what was then Ogilvy & Mather New York.

The agency did not disclose his next move, nor would it disclose Yasko's successor.

I’m extremely grateful for my time at the agency and the opportunity to work with so many wonderful people.” 

During Yasko’s tenure, Johannes Leonardo has made several appearances on Ad Age’s A-List and picked up significant business, including Volkswagen, Kraft Heinz,  Instagram and Uber. Other key clients for the agency have included Adidas and Gap.

Among highlights for the agency are creatively lauded campaigns meant to revitalize Kraft Heinz brands such as Oscar Meyer, Velveeta, Kraft Mac and Cheese and Kraft Singles.

For Volkswagen, the agency was brought on to help the automaker move past an emissions scandal that affected the business.

Yasko's departure marks the latest executive to exit the agency. Ben Myers, head of business development, left in March to become North American chief marketing offcer at TBWA, and Elizabeth Hess, head of agency brand, also departed that month to join 5W PR as senior VP.

Johannes Leonardo brought on Julia Neumann as chief creative officer and Steve Zaroff as chief strategy officer in 2021.
