Possible appointed Neil Miller as UK CEO. Mr. Miller will be responsible for driving strategic UK growth and managing all operations in London. Mr. Miller is a joint founder of DNA, one of the UK's first digital shops, which was acquired by Razorfish in 2005. He also jointly set up WPP marketing technology company Fabric.
Engine Group has appointed Zoe Church as its Global Director of Business Development. Ms. Church is responsible for growing the group's global offering, with a particular focus on expanding its client roster. Ms. Church joins Engine Group from Y&R where she held regional and global business development positions in the U.S., UK and Australia during her 12-year tenure.
Palisades MediaGroup has promoted Laura Jean Bracken to the newly created position of President and COO. Ms. Bracken will oversee the agency's business development, talent and strategy. She joined Palisades MediaGroup in 2010 after managing the San Francisco and Seattle offices of OMD. Ms. Bracken started her career in strategic planning at Saatchi & Saatchi in New York.
Flashtalking hired Monika Belur as Vice President of VP-marketing. Ms. Belur will be responsible for leading the company's marketing efforts as it adds several offices this year. Ms. Belur has spent the last 10 years at media and ad tech companies such as Collective, Peer39 and quadrantONE.
TBWAChiatDay LA announced it has hired Tanya LeSieur as chief production officer and Mark Sloan as director-design. Ms. LeSieur, who has 15 years of experience in integrated production, came to TBWA from Saatchi & Saatchi New York, where she had served as Chief Production Officer since 2013. Mr. Sloan will spearhead the growth of the agency's design capabilities. Mr. Sloan brings with him more than 12 years of design experience, having launched his own design studio, Studio Sloan, in 2003.
T3 appointed Jennifer Mollo as executive director of client relations. Ms. Mollo, who was senior VP and director of client services at T3, returned to the company from R/GA where she served as group account director. Previously, she served as a senior consultant and director of agency management operations at Dell.
Razorfish promoted Vincent Digonnet to chief growth and transformation Officer of its international network. In this new role, Mr. Digonnet will share the innovations and business practices of Asia with the rest of the agency's network and clients.
