Bianca Guimaraes and Kevin Mulroy show off their creative range in explosive year

Mischief @ No Fixed Address had a great year financially and creatively, which led to its selection as A-List Agency of the Year and Creative Agency of the Year. At the helm of the creative output are two executive creative directors and agency partners, Bianca Guimaraes and Kevin Mulroy. See all of Ad Age’s 2024 Creativity Award winners here In the past 12 months, the two have been responsible for 50 campaign launches, totaling more than 1,500 assets for brands such as Tubi, Tinder, FanDuel Casino and Peet’s Coffee. The work not only caused a stir—Tubi hijacked the Super Bowl momentarily and faked out the nation—but the work has also driven business results. For example, FanDuel Casino grew its amount of players by 63% after its first campaign launch. The pair also demonstrated their range by launching purpose-driven work such as “UNresignation Letter for nurse platform ConnectRN and “Stand Up To Yourself” on behalf of Monica Lewinsky. Guimaraes and Mulroy also won this award in 2022 and aren’t showing signs of slowing down. Last year they grew the creative department by 70%, single-handedly managing all hiring and mentoring.
