Uber Eats is using its Super Bowl ad to remind customers that the platform can deliver almost anything. But in order to remember that, the brand is suggesting people have to forget something else.
The 60-second spot from Special Group U.S. shows Jennifer Aniston receiving an Uber Eats order, and remembering Uber Eats’ breadth means she forgets she worked with her “Friends” co-star David Schwimmer. The Beckhams forget that Victoria was a part of the Spice Girls. Jelly Roll forgets he has face tattoos, and Usher will forget that he just played the halftime show. (The spot will air in the third quarter.) Usher also makes a cameo in BMW’s ad, which runs in the first quarter.
