Complained on Twitter? Here's a song for you.

Editor's Pick
US Cellular is identifying and targeting people who complained about their cellphone service on Twitter with tailor-made response videos on its YouTube page. The campaign, by Mullen Boston, features real US Cellular employees singing in the videos as they explain how US Cellular could provide better service. The campaign targets consumers who vent about providers other than U.S. Cellular, of course, and they're alerted to their videos via Twitter. The company is also encouraging people to vent about their providers using the hashtags #HelloBetter and #CSWC.
