An iconic New York City image gets a funny, modern spin in a new ad for Seamless, via BBH New York. The spot brings to life "Lunch atop a skyscraper," the black-and-white 1932 photograph shot by Charles C. Ebbets. The construction workers depicted within sit atop a girder, taking in the wonders of the city. "It doesn't get any better than this," says one Irish-accented man munching on a sandwich.

But oh, it does, says another, who welcomes his own lunch, gluten free pad-thai delivered by a biker who arrives via a swinging beam.

"Seamless is the foundation of how people eat in New York City," explained BBH Creative Director Daniel Bonder. "So, we reinterpreted the most iconic New York photo, to show that Seamless has and will always deliver the food that fuels this city's greatest moments."

The ad was directed by Randy Krallman out of Smuggler.
