This spot for UnitedHealthcare grabs your attention early on with the tale of a lovesick teenager who's making puppy dog eyes at a girl at school who barely notices him. Set to the classic Sam Cooke song "Wonderful World," it has the two star-crossed lovers finally coming together when they're chosen as lab partners. Only, there's a twist in the tale as the girl of his dreams finally turns to face him.

MJZ's Craig Gillespie directed the spot for Leo Burnett Chicago, in conjuction with Hispanic agency Lapiz. A previous spot in the same campaign involved a couple who get over-excited trying to recreate a classic scene from Dirty Dancing. Both use actual medical codes from the healthcare insurance world. The new spot launches just in time for the the U.S.'s open enrollment period, in which people select their insurance plans.
