With a colorful menu and swirling background as its homepage, W+K, Tokyo's newly redesigned site takes visitors on an immersive trip through the agencys work, philosophies and people.

The Who We Are section, for example, supplants standard text with a full-size slideshow comprised of Tokyo and pop-art imagery along with a mission statement scrawled in graffiti-styled copy. The Peeps page, meanwhile, introduces us to the W+K, Tokyo staff, who all appear to be unclothed in headshots that are arranged in tiles. Each person comes with their own one-word description and illustrated likeness. By scrolling over and clicking on select staffers, visitors will be redirected to their external blogs, portfolio pages and/or favorite sites.

The W+K destination, which is presented in both English and Japanese, also links to the Tokyo offices blog, notable video and print work as well as the W+K, Tokyo Lab. The Lab is a hybrid music label created in 2003 by CD Eric Cruz and ECD John Jay that includes breakbeat producers and audiovisual artists on its roster.
