When they watch the whole thing, however, they discover she's giving them a quick tutorial on how to check their testicles for lumps so that they can "last longer in life."

The film was created out of McCann Lima and ran on Pornhub to mark Fight Against Testicaular Cancer International Month. The video stealthily targets young men who are more interested in porn than health checkups, an important move since testicular cancer can first appear at the age of 15.
