DHL Worldwide Express: "France" ( Goodby, Silverstein & Partners; Straight Cut; :30). Unshaven French driver for fictitious Voila! delivery service sips coffee at a Paris sidewalk cafe and complains of boredom while a parking ticket is slapped on his battered truck. As he continues to whine about his lot, the truck is towed away, its packages tumbling out the back door. Voice-over extols the merits of DHL as a passing car flattens one of the packages. Category-winning spot includes the familiar scene of a DHL truck soaring through the sky.
