Eat Steak Flatbread for Your Ancestors' Sake, Says Taco Bell

Bloodthirsty Dioramas Serve as a Reminder

Editor's Pick

Dioramas of early man hunting for his meat make a museum visitor appreciate his steak flatbread all the more, in this ad for Taco Bell. As our horrified protagonist views depictions of terrible hunting accidents involving fierce prehistoric mammals and starving cavemen, the voiceover reminds us that "steak used to cost an arm and a leg." Thankfully, steak flatbreads are available from Taco Bell for just $1.49.

The spot, out of Deutsch L.A, was directed by Hungry Man's Dave Laden.
