The fireplace. A structure that has rarely been explored -- yet holds such a special place in our hearts, especially during the cold, dark months of winter. Thankfully, Netflix, the service that provided us with hours of smart, engaging entertainment this year ("House of Cards," "Orange is the New Black") has our backs, with "Fireplace For Your Home," a new series with thought-provoking and body-warming episodes including "Crackling Yule Log Fireplace," "Crackling Fireplace" and "Crackling Fireplace with Music."

Muhtayzik-Hoffer promotes the suitable-for-anytime program with a couple of web videos. One is a trailer with some awe-inspiring, dramatic music, along with scenes from the show and critics' quotes (including one from Margaret Lanterman, also known as Log Lady from "Twin Peaks"). The other is a peek inside the creative mind behind "Fireplace," the young ingenue who explains the motivations behind the show.
