Now Ford Has Joined the Baby Game With a Crib Designed to Put Babies to Sleep
Brand Follows Renault's Debut of an Infant Seat

Following in the footsteps of Renault, which debuted a babyseat prototype in Argentina that's designed to rock little ones to sleep, just as a car does, Ford Spain has introduced a crib that's meant to simulate what it's like to be in one of its cars.
Along with GTB Spain, Ogilvy & Mather, EspadaySanta Cruz Studio, the auto maker created the "MAX Motor Dreams" crib which will lull little ones into bedtime by replicating the quiet sounds of a Ford engine, the smooth movements of the brand's ride and the lights a baby would see while on a drive. A high-tech component also allows parents to record their favorite driving routes, which the crib can then reproduce in the home.
The device isn't in mass production, but consumers can go to the campaign's website to request a test drive of Ford's Max range cars and join a contest to win the crib.
