Musicians turn trolls' comments into tracks in Sprite's latest 'Haters' videos
Ukele player and YouTube star Elise Ecklund fronts follow-up to global campaign
Editor's Pick
Sprite has added to its anti-trolling "I Love You, Haters" campaign, which kicked off in January, with a series of videos that see musicians turn the hateful comments they receive on social media into songs.
The campaign is fronted by YouTube singer and ukele player Elise Ecklund (seen here), who came up with the idea herself before Sprite asked her to get involved with its global campaign. As well as Ecklund, Latin American musicians Tini Stoessel, Agapornis, Rombai take part in the videos, sharing insults and offensive comments about their performances and playing, and turning them into lyrics for new tracks.
Santo Buenos Aires is the agency, with the videos directed by Karim Huu Do of Anonymous Content.
