Cisco is promoting its Spark online collaboration platform by bringing together experts to plan a "space hotel" for the future in a campaign by Goodby Silverstein & Partners.

A three-minute online film shows see interior designer Nicole Hollis, space explorer Anousheh Ansari, astronautics professor David Barnhart and travel expert Brian Kelly, CEO of The Points Guy, collaborating over Spark to explore what such a hotel would look like. As a result of their plans, the agency also made an immersive 360 video tour of the proposed galactic hotel that can be viewed on YouTube.

"Late last year, both President Obama and Elon Musk announced plans for a trip to Mars, so this idea doesn't seem that far fetched," said Will Elliott, associate partner and creative director at GS&P, in a statement. "Our new campaign shows how Cisco Spark helps teams turn big ideas, such as the galaxy's first space hotel, into reality."
