BUBBLE YUM BURSTS BUBBLE OF CONFORMITY

May 04, 1998 05:00 AM

Wearing a punk 'do, a pierced bill, a bubble and an attitude, Floyd D'Duck waddles his stuff in a new ad campaign for LifeSavers Co.'s Bubble Yum gum. The character, making its Bubble Yum debut, boogies as your more typical quackers look on. The advertising from North Castle Partners, Stamford, Conn., kicked off in April and urges teens to express themselves and "Blow your own bubble." The TV-only flight focuses on youth-oriented programming. Copywriter: Doug Tenaglia. Art Director: Ed McCabe.
