We've long been fans of illustrator/animator Julia Pott's quirky sensibility and characters (check out this early, fantastic video she did for Casiotone as well as this Decemberists project on which she collaborated). And there's even more to enjoy now that her short film "Belly," her thesis project from the Royal College of Art, which was also screened at Sundance and other filmfests, just went live online. It's a bittersweet tale of loyalty involving two brothers who couldn't be more different, and one devoted pal. Before you settle down, make sure to pull out the Kleenex.
