Jay-Z's 'Smile' wins Entertainment Lions for Music Grand Prix at Cannes

Jay-Z's seven and a half-minute music video for his track "Smile" was one winner of two Grand Prix awarded by Cannes Lions in the category of Entertainment Lions for Music.
