Warner Bros. Discovery is restructuring its ad sales team to give agencies a single point of contact for access to all of its inventory, the company announced today.
The reshuffling comes one year after the media company announced its initial post-merger structure, which prioritized leads for each asset rather than for agencies. The move to center agency relations follows similar restructurings from other media companies such as Paramount.
Warner Bros. Discovery is nearing the end of its upfront negotiations and is expected to share more information about the process during its earnings call on Thursday, said a source familiar with the situation.
NBCU, Paramount and Fox have all concluded their upfront negotiations over the last two weeks.
